![]() Welcome! Up above are links to various of my areas of interest. To visit my online journal and series of articles on peak oil, sustainability, and the future, try Value System on Live Journal. This is a great way to contact me, via comments on any of the various articles. To learn about the various community and online efforts to educate people to sustainability topics, try The Local Future Network, a brand new nonprofit educational outreach organization, of which I am founder. To see lots of videos on peak oil, including my highly compact, executive summary 10-minute peak oil video, visit my NewCulture YouTube account. Try Peak Oil to learn about something news that is not getting much media attention. Sun Sprint is a project for high school students where they build and race small solar powered model cars. School Board is my campaign site when I was running for the Thornapple Kellogg Schools board of education. The School Days section details the erosion of the number of days of schools in many districts in Michigan following the removal of the law requiring 180 days of school. Wissner has all sorts of information about my family tree and the Wissner surname. Personal has stuff that I think is fun about me, various pictures, and a couple experimental writings. Links are the hyperlinks I normally use to connect to site I commonly use, or think are interesting to keep at hand. Computers is the site I use with my middle school students in school in their computer classes. It includes various kid-safe links and fun projects. TV News includes student created videos from the past three years from Wayland Union Middle School's various TV news teams. I hope you enjoy exploring the site as much as I did in creating it! Cheers! Aaron Wissner |
