CAREEA members gather on the second Tuesday of each month (except July and August) to socialize and eat breakfast at local Restaurants. We rotate restaurants so that the travel time isn't a burden for members. Sometimes we conduct a little business, but we don't let that get in the way of chatting and blabbing.

There are official business meetings in October and April. A special Christmas time meeting is held jointly with our neighboring group, the Eaton County Educational Employees-Retired (ECEE-R).

Breakfast Gatherings Remaining for 2007-2008

Our breakfast get-togethers for 2007-2008 have been scheduled as follows:

• May 13 at Okemos Cracker Barrel
• June 10 at Waverly Flap Jack

We gather at 9:00 on these mornings for news and gossip with friends in MEA-Retired from the local area. Eaton County retired school employees are invited to join us.
