According to Article XX of the Master Agreement, Upon a bargaining unit member's retirement, a terminal leave pay will be paid if the bargaining unit member has at least ten years of continuous employment with the district. This is not related to pension or retirement benefits. It is recommended that any member considering retirement read this section of the contract and consult a retirement specialist.
