Thank you to all of you and your hard work, petitions are now coming in bigger bunches to Head Quarters from locals all over the state. However the news is not all good. So far we are falling behind in our target goal

 MEA processed 40,000 signatures and we have approximately 20,000 that are pending processing. Thus the numbers look like this:

Signatures Received as of 10/3/05: 60,000

Signatures needed to make the State Goal 240,000

We just received word that the deadline for returning signatures has been extended to December 1, 2005. That means our 5 E/G deadline is now November 30, 2005!
