WCEA Monthly meetings are attended by your local director and bargaining chair (chief negotiator). WCEA representatives review and evaluate the bargaining process continuously to bring you the best contract possible. See YOUR WCEA for more membership information. The purpose of the WCEA is to assist local associations in negotiating contracts by improving salaries, benefits, and working conditions. Each local shares what is happening in their district on educational issues to keep your leaders informed about local, county, and statewide events.
WCEA also approves grievances to go to arbitration.
